These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Connectify Cleaning (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By booking our services, you agree to the following terms.

  1. Services
    We provide residential and commercial cleaning services, including regular cleaning, Airbnb cleaning, and end of tenancy cleaning.

  2. Bookings
    Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability.

  3. Pricing
    All prices are stated as “from” and may vary depending on property size, condition, and specific requirements. Final quotes will be confirmed before service.

  4. Payment
    Payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise. We accept bank transfer or other agreed methods.

  5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your booking.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to a minimum of 1 hour of service

  • Same-day cancellations or failure to provide access to the property may result in a full charge

  • This policy allows us to manage our schedule efficiently and provide availability to all clients.

  • Late cancellations may be subject to a fee

  1. Access to Property
    Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the property. If access is not provided, the booking may be cancelled and a fee may apply.

  2. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide running water and electricity

  • Ensure a safe working environment

  • Inform us of any special requirements or sensitive areas

  1. Satisfaction
    We aim to provide high-quality service. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will aim to resolve the issue.

  2. Liability
    We are fully insured. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Wear and tear

  • Items not disclosed as fragile or valuable

  1. Add-On Services
    Additional services such as ironing may be provided upon request and may incur additional charges.

  2. Changes to Terms
    We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
